Yeah. After researching this topic for a few weeks, I have not really found a single article that directly addresses the topic. Is anyone finding legitimate evidence or will this resolution basically be an essay contest?

From my experience, there wasn't a whole lot of outstanding literature on the topic; I agree. At CHSSA State, most of the stuff I heard was handbook-ish stuff. Then again, the topic sucked, so there you go. I did manage to score a book on the topic that worked out fairly well.
